Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account details you give us: your email address, and optionally your name, date of birth, city, country, preferred currency and profile photo. Trip details you enter: destinations, travel dates, companions, interests, budget, and any notes or edits you make to an itinerary. Product usage: coarse events such as “account created”, “itinerary generated” or “cost panel expanded”, plus technical logs needed to keep the service running and secure. We do not sell your data.
Email and password credentials
Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth). Passwords are stored by that provider as salted hashes - GoFyME never sees, stores or logs your raw password. Email sign-ups require you to confirm your address via a link before your account is fully active. Password reset links are single-use and expire after a short time. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and profile photo from Google, and no password is created.
AI-researched estimates and review excerpts
Your itinerary is generated with AI models and enriched with automated research from public web sources. Cost ranges are estimates, and review quotes are short excerpts shown with a link back to their source. Both may be out of date, incomplete, or missing context. Always verify prices, opening times and booking terms with the provider before you book.
Cookies
We use essential storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie choice. Optional analytics storage helps us understand which parts of the product are used. You can choose “essential only” in the banner shown on your first visit.
Deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing the address below. We remove your profile, trips and itineraries, along with any research and gamification records tied to them. Security and billing logs that we are required to keep are retained for a limited period in a form that does not identify your trips.
